Ingredients:

  1. Beef (eye fillet)
  2. Broccoli
  3. Sliced garlic
  4. 2 teaspoons cooking wine
  5. 1 teaspoon sugar
  6. 4 tablespoons oil
  7. 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  8. ¼ teaspoons baking soda
  9. 3tablespoons water

Instructions:

  1. Add sliced beef into a bowl, put ¼ baking soda, 3tablespoons water, 1teaspoon oyster sauce, massage the beef, and marinate for 30 minutes
  2. Heat the wok to medium-high, add 2 tablespoons oil, sear the beef on both sides until browned, and remove the beef from the wok.
  3. Heat the wok again, add 2tablespoons oil, add sliced garlic, stir garlic for 10 seconds
  4. Add cooked beef into the wok again, stir with garlic and broccoli
  5. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes and add 3 tablespoons water and cover the wok for 1 minute
  6. Uncover the wok, remove the heat, and put it into the plate
