Ingredients:
- 1-pound Bok Choy
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1000 c.c. water
Instructions:
- Rinse the Bok Choy and shake off the extra water
- Cut all the Bok Choy in half
- Scald the Bok Choy for 2 minis
- Put the scaled Bok Choy into the plate
- Take out any wok or pan and heat it
- Add 2 tablespoons oil to the wok or pan
- Put 2 teaspoons minced garlic and saute until the garlic come up with the smell
- Put scaled Bok Choy into wok or pan to stir-fry for 2 minis
- Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce into the wok or pan and cover it
