Ingredients:
- 2 Chinese eggplants
- 1 ½ teaspoons oil
- 1 teaspoon chili bean sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill until 400 degrees
- Wash the eggplants and chop them into 2 inches logs
- On a grilled plate, put oil and salt toss on the eggplants
- Put the eggplants on the grill and cook it with low heat for 10 minutes
- Turn each piece every few minutes to make sure the eggplants cook well
- Remove to serve plate and add chili bean sauce on the top of the eggplants
