Ingredients:

  1. 2 Chinese eggplants
  2. 1 ½ teaspoons oil
  3. 1 teaspoon chili bean sauce
  4. 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill until 400 degrees
  2. Wash the eggplants and chop them into 2 inches logs
  3. On a grilled plate, put oil and salt toss on the eggplants
  4. Put the eggplants on the grill and cook it with low heat for 10 minutes
  5. Turn each piece every few minutes to make sure the eggplants cook well
  6. Remove to serve plate and add chili bean sauce on the top of the eggplants
