Ingredients:

  1. 500 gr radish (peeled)
  2. 300 gr rice flour
  3. 450 ml water
  4. 1 small cup dried shrimp (chopped)
  5. 1 small cup of rehydrated Chinese black mushrooms
  6. 1 Chinese sausage (chopped)
  7. 3 shallots (chopped)
  8. 2tablespoon oil
  9. 1teaspoon sugar

Instructions:

  1. Mixed the rice flour, water, salt, and sugar, and stir into the batter
  2. Preheat wok. Add oil and saute shallots, and garlic for 1 min. Add dried shrimp and saute for 1 min. Add Chinese sausage to saute for 1 min until fragrant. Add shredded radish and saute until the radish soften, then turn off the heat to cool down for 5 minis
  3. Get the rice flour mixture a stir and pour into the wok to keep stirring everything together (without turning on the heat)
  4. Turn on the low heat and keep stirring until the mixture turn to just thicken but could pour into the container
  5. Get any container and steam on high heat for 50 minutes.
