Ingredients:

  1. 1 bunch of Chinese chives
  2. 2eggs
  3. Shredded pork
  4. 2 tablespoons oil
  5. 1 ½ teaspoons soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the chives and shake off the extra water
  2. Remove hard ends and chop into bite-size
  3. Beat eggs into the bowl and mixed with 1 teaspoon of salt
  4. Heat the wok over medium heat and add 2tablespoons oil
  5. Add shredded pork and stir-fry then put into the plate to mix with other ingredients later
  6. Add chives and stir-fry briefly
  7. Add eggs to mix with chives
  8. Keep stir-frying until eggs cooked
  9. Add cooked shredded pork into the wok and stir-fry together
  10. Reduce heat and gently put it into the plate
