Ingredients:

  1. 1-pound Bok Choy
  2. 2 teaspoon minced garlic
  3. 2 tablespoon oil
  4. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  5. 1000 c.c. water

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the Bok Choy and shake off the extra water
  2. Cut all the Bok Choy in half
  3. Scald the Bok Choy for 2 minis
  4. Put the scaled Bok Choy into the plate
  5. Take out any wok or pan and heat it
  6. Add 2 tablespoons oil to the wok or pan
  7. Put 2 teaspoons minced garlic and saute until the garlic come up with the smell
  8. Put scaled Bok Choy into wok or pan to stir-fry for 2 minis
  9. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce into the wok or pan and cover it
